Arber was outstanding. Arber assisted us with the purchase of our new home and he was instrumental in assisting us with the sale of the old home. I highly recommend Arber. Arber patiently showed us 6 properties before we decided on our home, he put us in contact with Dean to arrange financing and was present at the closing to insure everything went smooth. When we decided to have Arber assist us with selling our old home he again patiently explained the entire process. Arber kept us informed when a showing on the home was confirmed and he refused at least one offer because it was too low. When we closed on the sale of our old home Arber was there with us again to insure the closing was completed and all of our questions were answered. After the closing was complete Arber took pictures with us as we celebrated the sale.
